By integrating the necessary technology, and putting the recommended safety procedures and precautions in place to help people in the Tri Cities buy and sell real estate.

Can I Buy a Home?
Yes! Much of the initial work will be done online. Preview all the property information, find out about the neighbourhood, schools, transportation, and anything else that is important to you BEFORE you start viewing properties in person.

Can I still get a Loan?
Lenders are also essential service and the process is available digitally. Being prequalified for your mortgage is even more important now. It will also save you time by looking at property you can afford.

How Do I Look at Homes?
Many showings are offered virtually right now, and will be this way for a long time to come. This includes open houses. In-person showings can be arranged. Be prepared to follow the provincial safety guidelines and many real estate professionals are requiring you to verify in writing that you are healthy. You will also be responsible for driving to each property in your own vehicle. You will be required to use Personal Protective Equipment and of course, No Touching. Anything inside the house.

What About Appraisals and Inspections?
Both of these services are still happening as well. Many times they are happening virtually and within social distancing guidelines.
